Hi, I’m Vesna — an industrial psychologist with nearly 15 years of experience in Human Capital Management. I’ve spent my career helping organizations become better places to work — not just for the sake of performance, but because I believe people deserve the tools, support, and space to thrive. When people grow, so does the business. It really is that simple.
 

I founded VB Talent Ventures, Inc. to bridge that connection by working with those who believe growth doesn’t have to come at the expense of people — and that thriving teams and thriving careers go hand in hand. I want individuals to feel confident in their skills and excited about where they’re headed, and I want organizations to have the leadership, strategy, and the kind of day-to-day experience they need to bring out the best in their people. Whether I’m working one-on-one or partnering with a company, I bring a mix of strategic insight and genuine care — because you don’t have to choose between being effective and being human.

P.S. At a pivotal moment in my life I worked for a CEO — also an incredible mentor (thanks, Perry) — who used to call me into his office during a crisis, simply state the problem, and say “Vesna, I need you to do your magic” — and leave it at that. So I created my two Talent Development Labs, with the intent of doing just that — testing formulae, tinkering with the structure : intuition ratios, and alchemizing raw, messy challenges into something alive, elegant, and beaming with purpose.
